The US dollar ticked up versus the Swiss Franc on Sunday evening and collected as much 1.2288 at 7:10 pm ET. The pair showed a choppy trend thereafter and extended the same trend into the very early deals on Monday. As of 3:15 am Eastern Time, a dollar fetched 1.2279 against the Swiss Franc.
In the late hours on Sunday, the European currency traded slightly lower against its Swiss counterpart. At about 9:40 pm ET, the euro bounced back some of its losses and then followed a sideways movement. The pair was limited between 1.6285 to 1.6295. As of 3:15 am Eastern Time Monday, a Euro traded at 1.6288 against the Swiss Franc.
The British currency started trending lower versus the Swiss Franc at 8:45 pm ET Sunday. The pair thus moved from 2.4261 to 2.4221 within about an hour. Soon after, the Cable made some advances but the pair lost ground again during the very early deals on Monday. As of 3:15 am Eastern Time, a Cable was quoted at 2.4222 against the Swiss Franc.
During late Sunday in New York, the Swiss Franc gained momentum versus the Yen. The uptrend helped the pair to fetch a high of 98.82 by about 10:00 pm ET. The Franc then traded in a loose range and collected 98.73 against the Yen as of 3:15 am Eastern Time Monday.
