The metal slipped on Monday after climbing to a two-week high on Friday. That came after the European Central Bank said it won`t sell more gold until September.
Silver was up 8 cents to $13.825 and copper gained slightly to $3.472. Palladium declined to $369.85, down $2.40, and platinum fell $2.80 to $1,300.20.
