The "First Five Days" Early Warning System Gives a Warning

According to the Trader's Almanac, "The last 36 up first five dates were followed by full-year gains 31 times, for an 86.1% accuracy ratio." In other words, the first five days of the trading year have a habit of setting the tone for the year. So -- what have we see so far this year?



The SPYs are down about 5.5%.



The QQQQs are down 8.56%



The IWMs are down 8.24%
